VICE PRESIDENT OF LENDING

Day Air Credit Union in Dayton, OH seeks a seasoned professional to direct all lending related activities.  The successful candidate will manage all lending operations including loan origination, loan servicing, channel management, product development, special assets, compliance and process improvement. 

Proven record of success in underwriting, loan origination, project management, credit risk management, leadership, analytics and excellent communication skills required.  Ideal candidate will have extensive background in consumer, indirect, revolving, mortgage, student and business lending with Bachelor’s degree.  Day Air Credit Union is well capitalized, growing rapidly and offers competitive salary and benefits.

MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR

Day Air Credit Union has a full time opening for a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO). Responsibilities consist of helping borrowers purchase homes and save money by refinancing existing mortgages through consultation with the borrower in the selection of mortgage products and assisting the borrower in providing the necessary information to process and close the loan. The MLO calls on and makes presentations to Realtors® to explain the credit union’s mortgage programs and generate their own mortgage volume.

Minimum of two years previous experience originating/processing first mortgage or equity loans is required. Preference is for origination of first mortgages.

Day Air Credit Union has an opening for full-time member service representatives.  Duties include performing transactions, offering products and services, and cash handling.  Seeking highly motivated professionals with the ability to communicate effectively.

Customer service experience, sales ability, and High School Diploma/GED required.  Prior teller experience a plus.
