For most transactions, you'll just need to present your card and sign the receipt. When paying with your Visa ATM/Check Card at grocers, gas stations, and convenience stores, simply follow these easy steps:

1. Look for the Visa logo.
2. If you're using an electronic "do-it-yourself" terminal at the check out counter and are prompted to choose a payment method, push the "CREDIT" button - not the "DEBIT" or "ATM" button (Using debit or ATM could result in a foreign ATM charge).
3. Sign your sales receipt.
