Fresh Start Checking
If you've had difficulty managing your checking account in the past, Day Air wants to give you a fresh start.  Fresh Start Checking is a unique account for those members who want to become financially responsible.  If you were unable to open a checking account in the past, now is the time to start building a history of responsible money management.  This account offers unlimited withdrawals and check writing with no per check charge, FREE  Internet account access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through PCU, FREE BillPayer service,  easy to read monthly statements and so much more!  

In order to help you achieve financial responsibility, Fresh Start Checking requires a $10 monthly service charge, a minimum balance of $100 and participation in an educational session at the Credit union or Online.

  • Unlimited transactions at Day Air owned ATMs.
  • ATM/Visa® Check Card - Apply for the FREE plastic card that acts like a paper check - plus it doubles as an ATM card. There is no annual fee for this card.
  • Personal Credit Union (PCU) - FREE Internet account access provided through this site makes balancing your checkbook, transferring funds, or searching for a cleared check a breeze.
  • Online Check Images - View and print images of your cleared checks.
  • Telephone Teller - Telephone account access to manage your checking account.
  • Online Check Re-Ordering - Once you have ordered your first box of checks with the credit union, you can re-order checks online (the service is free, the checks vary in price).
  • Payroll Deduction - Have a portion of your check deposited into the account of your choice.
  • Direct Deposit - Deposit your entire paycheck into your account at the credit union. Plus, we can direct portions of your check into your other accounts (i.e. Holiday Club, to make a loan payment, etc).
